ASSISTANT MANAGER:
Assistant Managers will assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, monitoring and maintaining customer service levels throughout the store, floor sales leadership, and monitoring and maintaining stock room organization, while maintaining excellent visual presentation.  In the absence of the Store and Co-Manager, the Assistant Manager will assume total command of the store.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school graduate (some college experience preferred).
  • 1-2 years specialty retail supervisor experience.
  • 1 year specialty retail customer service, selling and cash handling experience.
  • Fashion-savvy with ability to be creative.
  • Energetic, positive, outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Experience with dealing with public on a daily basis.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
