Store Manager

A Store Manager's main focus is to oversee daily store operations which include: 

  • Strong emphasis on exceptional customer service standards
  • The ability to create and drive sales goals
  • Maintain excellent visual presentation
  • The ability to properly train staff
  • Inventory shortage control
  • Monitoring labor percentage standards as well as developing and fostering a "TEAM" oriented working environment.

Job Requirements:

  • College graduate preferred.
  • 3-5 years specialty retail supervisor experience.
  • 3 years specialty retail customer service, selling and cash handling experience.
  • Fashion savvy with the ability to be creative.
  • Energetic, positive, outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent leadership skills.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Managers will assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, monitoring and maintaining customer service levels throughout the store, floor sales leadership, and monitoring and maintaining stock room organization, while maintaining excellent visual presentation.  In the absence of the Store and Co-Manager, the Assistant Manager will assume total command of the store.

Job Requirements:

  • High School graduate (Some college experience preferred).
  • 1-2 years specialty retail supervisor experience.
  • 1 year specialty retail customer service, selling and cash handling experience.
  • Fashion savvy with the ability to be creative.
  • Energetic, positive, outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Experience with dealing with public on a daily basis.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

Full/Part Time Keyholder

Keyholders will assist the Store Manager, Co-Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing store operations, monitoring and maintaining customer service levels throughout the store, floor sales leadership, and monitoring and maintaining stock room organization, while maintaining excellent visual presentation. In the absence of the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Assistant Manager, the Keyholder will assume total command of the store.

Job Requirements:

  • High School graduate (Some College experience preferred).
  • 1-2 years speacialty retail supervisor experience.
  • 1 year specialty retail customer service, selling and cash handling experience.
  • Fashion savvy with the ability to be creative.
  • Energetic, positive, outgoing and self-motivated.
  • Experience with dealing with public on a daily basis.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

Full/Part Time Sales Associate

Sales associates at Frock Candy are responsible for greeting and providing excellent customer service while obtaining maximum sales, uphold merchandising standards, as well as maintaining positive, friendly and professional conduct with customers, co-workers and management.

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate (Some college experience preferred).
  • 1-2 years retail experience.
  • Knowledge of the latest fashion trends.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.

 

Stock Associate

A Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the selling floor in a timely manner, while maintaining an organized and clean stockroom.

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate preferred.
  • Retail experience desired.
  • Good communication skills mandatory.
  • Must be able to work between stockroom and selling floor – organizing/folding merchandise.
