frockcandy.com Return Policy:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. You may not return or exchange tights, socks, intimates, final-sale items, or gift cards. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original undamaged shoe box. If you use the shoe box as the shipping box, we will not be able to process your return. 

How do I make a return?

 
1.       Complete the Return Form provided with your order. Be sure to include this and a copy of your original invoice in the package.
2.       Affix the preprinted return label to your securely sealed package. Please note: a $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your return total if our preprinted Return Label is used.
3.       Drop off at your nearest UPS location.

When will my card be refunded?

Your refund minus the shipping fee will be refunded as soon as we receive your return in our warehouse.

How do I make an exchange?

If you would like to make an exchange, please call us 800.220.1688 for quick processing. A member of our customer service team will create a new order for you and ship it to you with no additional shipping fees (valid in Continental U.S. only). We will process your refund once the merchandise is received in our warehouse in original condition.

Is the frockcandy.com return policy the same as in store?

We offer an extended 30 day return policy for all online orders due to shipping time.  Our store locations offer 14 days for Exchanges or Merchandise Credits on regular priced items. 

Can I send back merchandise purchased at a Frock Candy location to the website?

No. Returns for merchandise purchased in-store are accepted at any store location.  Only returns for web orders are accepted online. 

CaN I return an online purchase to a Frock Candy location?

All online orders must be mailed back for a refund or exchange.  Online returns are not accepted at store locations.
