A gameday button is the easiest way to finish a game day outfit. It's small, it shows your team spirit, and one button can change the whole feel of a simple dress or tee. Here's how to wear gameday buttons, how to mix sizes, and our favorite team and sorority buttons from Frock Candy.
Where to pin your gameday button
- On a dress strap or neckline: the classic spot. Pin it just below your shoulder so it shows in photos.
- On a tee or sweatshirt: a single large button over the chest, or a cluster of smaller ones.
- On your bag strap: clip it to a beaded bag strap or clear stadium bag so you can wear it with any outfit.
- On a denim jacket or vest: great for cooler night games, and you can leave the buttons on all season.
- On a hat: pin a small button to a trucker hat for tailgating.
Mix and match sizes
Our buttons come in several sizes, from 2" minis to 3.5" statement buttons. A good rule is one large button with one or two small ones around it. Button sets, like three 2.25" buttons in team colors, are already coordinated, so they're an easy way to start.

Button care tips
